Airmar distributor for professionals in Spain and Portugal
airmar Airmar is the leading supplier of ultrasonic transducers to marine electronics manufacturers: recreational boating, sport fishing, commercial fishing and professional applications. Airmar products are synonymous with quality and performance.

Transducers
AIRMAR, a name with almost 40 years of history, has become synonymous with the best quality of acoustic detection technology worldwide. Its first transducer was a transom-mounted transducer for fish detection. Today, Airmar develops and manufactures transducers for a wide range of applications, including aerial industrial transducers, scientific underwater transducers and an extensive range of classic, NMEA and CHIRP transducers for marine applications, capable of connecting to a multitude of combined probes and displays, from a multitude of well-known brands.

Weather station
Airmar WeatherStation® instruments are designed for marine, land, fixed and mobile applications. Depending on the model, they can offer data on: Position, speed and time ( GPS ), 3-axis solid-state compass ( HEADING ), Pitch and roll (Dual-axis accelerometer) Ultrasonic sensors with no moving parts ( Wind speed and direction, both true and apparent ), Air temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. And also, depending on the model, their level of waterproofing can reach IP67. Currently new models are still being developed, which will also offer rainfall data.

DTT1000
AIRMAR's TDT1000 tester is the first device capable of diagnosing the majority of transducers on the market, allowing you to eliminate the guesswork and quickly determine if a transducer is in good working order. If the transducer being tested is an AIRMAR transducer, then the tester can connect directly to the AIRMAR database through the SensorCheck™ application and compare the current results of the transducer installed on board the vessel, with the original results of that transducer, obtained during its factory tests.

Chirp Transducers
When you want to listen to the best quality music, you need the optimal speakers; when you need the best performance from a sonar, you need AIRMAR CHIRP TRANSDUCERS. From the smallest between 300 and 600W and a single channel such as the TM150, B75, SS75, P95 ……. in different materials: Plastic, Bronze or Stainless Steel, going through the medium ones with a single channel or double channel such as: B175, SS175, B265, M265, PM265, …. arriving at the largest dual channel 2000W and 3000 W such as: R109, R509, R111, R599, …… . With these transducers you can cover from the frequency of 25KHz to 250KHz. The high frequency beams can be of normal, wide or extra wide aperture, which allow a greater coverage area in shallow waters. With the right combination of lower frequencies, larger transducers and appropriate sonar, ranges can be thousands of meters and performance AMAZING.

Dual Frequency Transducers
AIRMAR has always offered a wide range of transducers. From the smallest ones such as the P319, P79 or P66 in Plastic, the B45, B744 or B60 in Bronze, SS60 in Steel, through the medium sized B164, SS164 or B258, and reaching the largest 1000W ones such as the B260, M260, TM260 and SS260; all of them offer a performance that has been more than proven over the years. Although they offer only two frequencies 50/200 KHz, there are models that adapt to any need and application. They can be installed: stern, inside, through hulls with or without fairing. They are supplied with the appropriate connector for the vast majority of models and brands such as: SIMRAD, FURUNO, GARMIN, RAYMARINE, LOWRANCE, …….

Active Transducers
AIRMAR offers a multitude of sensors that present data in NMEA0183 and/or NMEA2000. There are classic ones like the DT800 and the DST800 through-hull sensors, P39 and P66 for stern installation, P79 for interior installation… the modern ultrasonic UST800 and DX900, and the HT200 that offers precise temperature data, and also sensors for: heading, position and GPS; and finally the weather stations.

The WX series are the result of improved efficiency, reducing risks and saving costs. Various models are available depending on the application and needs. With each equipment, software is supplied that allows you to configure the equipment, view data in real time, record data, ……………….
Gillnet Pinger
Designed with industry-leading researchers!

The Gillnet Pinger is designed to save the lives of marine mammals, particularly the harbour porpoise, by alerting them that a gillnet is present. Our streamlined, rugged design with double O-ring seals and a single battery is virtually maintenance free.
Airmar pingers are active devices. They emit low-level sonar pulses that can be detected by mammals within a 91 m (300′) radius. When attached to the top of a gillnet at regular intervals, mammals can avoid becoming entangled.
