• The internal antenna with built-in GPS provides us with date, time, current position, heading and speed.
• The built-in independent DSC surveillance function allows you to monitor channel 70 (DSC channel) activity even while receiving on another channel. DSC functions include: distress, individual, all ships group, urgency, safety, position request/report, and DSC test calls. The station is based on the technical specifications of CCIR 493-4 and the operational characteristics of CCIR 541-3 of the International Radio Consultative Committee, and the resolutions of recommendation A.803 (19) of the International Telecommunication Union, complying with national regulations and combined with practical use, results in a versatile Class D DSC marine VHF station with dedicated DSC reception channel.
